Hello! Hello!
Long time no see~
Finally this year is over. This year flew so fast haha.
It's been a month I've taken meds for TB. Yes, I have cough for about a month or so and when I go to the doctor, I've been diagnosed with TB. It's been a rough time to be infected with this kind of disease when the whole world is fighting a disease with similar symptom, but somehow I've been through this whole month well haha.
For this time, I want to write about 2 last season Japanese dorama I've finished watching.
The first one is called Talio Fukushu Daiko no Futari (タリオ 復讐代行の2人).
The story is about Shirasawa Mami a girl who became an attorney at young age. She passed Bar Exam Preliminary Test to become an attorney which pass rate is just around 3-4% only. But because of that, she could become an attorney at young age without go to the college. One day, she got a client which has been dropped by another attorney. The client was sexually assaulted by a man, but the perpetrator is a son of owner of a large company. She lost the case at the court before and then she seeks help from revenge agent found from the internet which ask her to transfer money. Shirasawa tell her client that this revenge agent is a scam and will help her to take legal action. After that she meet with Kuroiwa Kensuke the swindler. Kuroiwa gives Shirasawa a proposal to team up to punish the perpetrator.
At first I thought this is a serious crime/law drama but then I saw the writer is the one who write for Trick and the genre includes comedy then I know I would like this dorama haha. After I watched it, I really like this dorama. The main cast and their relationship is cute (Yes I love Hamabe Minami haha). I really like so many references this dorama gave (as expected from Trick writer). I love the city pop songs they used for this dorama. The story may be a bit rushed and some cases looks like it doesn't solved clearly but I think it's good enough for a comedy-crime dorama. I recommend this dorama to those who likes references and light crime drama haha.
The second one is called Shichinin no Hisho (七人の秘書).
The story is about Chiyo (a secretary at Toto Bank), Fujiko (secretary at MPD), Miwa (secretary of Tokyo's Governor), Saran (secretary at Keisai University Hospital), together with housekeeper Satsuki, ramen restaurant owner Ban Keitaro (Satsuki and Keitaro are former secretaries) and a recently joined Nana who are using their skills and information to create a shadow corps to help the weak and punish evil people.
Nana, who is also a secretary of Toto Bank, first know about the shadow corps existence when she had an affair with the president at a hotel but suddenly the president loses conciousness. The president has asked Keitaro to make it look like he died in his home whether if he died is some other place. Keitaro whose side job is judicial scrivener and was a secretary for politician then sent Chiyo, Fujiko, Saran, Satsuki and Miwa to cover up the evidence and bring president home. Later, Nana meet them again when they help a man who suffers from the evil one who will be the next president of toto.
This is a good dorama for me. Good cast and good story. The viewing rate is above 13% which is high enough for dorama nowadays. I think it's because of the popular cast and the story is write by Doctor X writer (now probably I know why Doctor X is popular haha).
Two dorama above take the same premise to punish the evil beings but use different tones where Talio is more comedy and 7-Hisho is more serious theme. Maybe thats why I like this two dorama, because this premise just like in tokusatsu show (Yes I like tokusatsu show also haha).
That's all for this time. This post will close this year haha.
Happy New Year! Hope next year will be a better year~♪
