There are quite easy ways to lose weight by walking which you can do in four ways, as reported by a site:

1. Remember snacking, remember to walk.

If you start thinking like snacking chocolate and other snacks, immediately stand up and Walk. However, do not walk into a small delicatessen. Your desire to eat a snack will not decrease cellulite , but will decrease your desire after walking for 15 minutes.

2. Start from close range before.

Walk nearby regularly to help you lose weight and possibly prevent cellulite from getting uglier in the first three months after you start this walking program. A study conducted over 12 weeks in women who suffer from overweight shows that those who walked for 30 minutes for five times a week successfully lost weight in an amount equal to the ladies that ran twice as long (60 minutes) for five times a week.

3. Speed step.

Change the speed of your footsteps every one to three minutes. Then, go back to normal speed for one minute for recovery. Repeat as often as you can and for as long as you want. Variations of intensity and energy produced at this level will dramatically increase the amount of calories burned during your runs.

4. Change the frequency, intensity, and time.

If you are not able to walk faster, you can do three things below to increase the amount of fat that burns:

Frequency: when you are strong enough, add another workout after walking like push-ups, sit-ups, etc..

intensity: if you can afford it, climb the ramp or hill to make your feet move more weight to the calories you burn even more.

Time: walk a little longer at each session you walk. Add 10 minutes longer walk every day. Do not feel in a week you have added 70 minutes to walk.
