Recently I had the opportunity to reflect on myself and life, after attending a lecture.

 

I started to enjoy reading books. It made me feel like I was in a different world.

 

 

    
However, I also lacked self-control today. Watched bad things, which also made me feel weaker. Its always the same bad habits, why is it that it cant be solved? 

 

 

 

Even with that being the case, we probably should focus on the solutions.

Among the things that I decided to make myseslf understand is:

1) Living life with rules make life more satisfactory.

2) We tend to want things that others have.

3) Life is not black and white, but believing in a set of rules help makes life easier.

4) It has to be natural.

5) Beauty is in everything, but it lies on you, what people may regard as beauty, sometimes isnt a good beauty.

6) Its only cool because there is a goal to it.

7) Theres a lot of other possible good things, why choose the bad ones.

8) Expectations and temptations differ from reality.

9) 男は我慢する生き物なのだ。

 

 

Which is why, first of all having a journal should really help.

This journal, is a start to help me realize, that its time for a change. 

 

 

I was also thinking whether there is a connection between reading books, to loss of self-control. 

 

I believe it isnt a cause and effect things.

 

However, I believe it was just more towards me reading and inputting knowledge, but with no sense of direction as to what to do with it, I felt lost. Having no goals, and no direction, made me unconsciously fell to my own tempations and bad habit.

 

Goals:

1. To have a good and strong heart, that can push everything away.

2. To organize my thoughts and way of thinking.

3. To have a life plan.

4. To be able to have balance.

5. To focus on the results.
