I got a phone call from a stuff of Booking.com in Thailand about my booking for golden week. As it was non-refoundable reservation, I didnt think I could get a refound, but he said he would pay back to me. What a surprise! I really appreciate it! The prodedure seemed like quite smooth. On the othe hand Ive got no response from the hotel in Casablanka. I know it cant be helped, but if they showed something heart-warming I would book again when the situation is improved.
