先日、モダンアイリッシュのバンド「Flook」のコンサートを聴きに「北とぴあ つつじホール」へ。
Flookは近年のアイリッシュ音楽を代表するバンドのひとつ。私は5年ぶりくらいにみることが出来て堪能！
2人の笛（フルート・アルトフルート・ティンホイッスル・ローホイッスル・アイリッシュフルートetc）ギター、バウロンのカルテットで各人の超絶テクニックや素晴らしいアンサンブルで、古典からオリジナルまで華麗に演奏するバンド。↓の映像の1曲目の7拍子の曲とか本当に大好き。
オリジナルの「イシイセット」を4人バージョンでリアレンジして撮り直した。
市川ミコルとブーゲンビリアーズ
市川ミコル（歌・パーカッション）吉田一夫（フルート）石井鉄也（ギター）柳元武司（パンデイロ）
石井セットはオリジナルアイリッシュセット 。アイリッシュでよく演奏されるメドレー形式のセット。通常は同じリズム、テンポでダンスが途切れないようにするが、コンサートなどではいろいろなリズムを混ぜたメドレーとする場合もある。
1 Blue Gerbera
2017年。18歳で急死した松野莉奈さんへの追悼曲。ガーベラは彼女の好きだった花。
アイリッシュの楽曲スタイルとしてはエアー(Air)というゆっくりしたテンポの曲。2拍子、３拍子が複雑に絡み合っている不思議な曲。
2 Five Iris Jig
通常は6/8(2拍子),9/8(3拍子),12/8(4拍子) で演奏されるJigというリズムですが、5拍子によるジグがあったら面白いんじゃ無いかとおもって作った曲。 Iris は「アヤメ」属の総称。
3 ヒメスミレ
リール(Reel)というアイリッシュを代表する4拍子のリズム。この曲はもしブラジル音楽の天才「エルメート・パスコアール」がアイリッシュを作ったら、というコンセプトで作曲したものです。

Original Irish Set A set in medley form, often played in Irish. Usually the same rhythm and tempo is used so that the dance is not interrupted, but in some cases, such as concerts, a medley of various rhythms is used.
1 Blue Gerbera
A memorial song for Rina Matsuno, who died suddenly at the age of 18 in 2017. Gerbera was her favorite flower. A slow tempo song in the Irish style called "Air", with a complex interplay of two and three time signatures.
2 Five Iris Jig
Jig is a rhythm usually played in 6/8 (two beats), 9/8 (three beats), and 12/8 (four beats), but I thought it would be interesting to have a jig in five beats. Iris is a generic name for the genus Iris. 3 nagasakiensis
Reel is a typical Irish rhythm in 4 time. This song was composed based on the concept of what if the Brazilian musical genius "Hermeto Pascoal" had written an Irish song.
