I wake up around six in every morning.
Grind some beans of the day and make some coffee for myself.

Turn on the pc and check the e-mail and call people for response.
With a great effort not to log into Ameblo, I shut off the pc.

I walk into the kitchen and make some breakfast.
Usually sweet stuff, like pancakes and waffles,
or buttered toasts with some selection of fruit jams.
or/and yogult and some cereal, or chocholate cornflakes and banana if I feel like it.
Some left over cakes if I'm lucky.
Sugar and carbo and caffeine are my morning routine, anyway.

Around eight to eight thirty, depends on the day, my wife and I leave the house.
I give her a ride near her office if she is in hurry,
but usually I push my bike to the station to walk her off.
Then I go to swimming.

Around ten, I get to my office and turn on the coffee maker.
Check the fax and messages on the answering machine.
I work and talk with some clients, logging into Skype on the other hand.
After talking with boys in U.S.A., I plan my work of the day.

Before starting a serious work in the afternoon,
I usually go out for lunch when I have a company.
If not, I order in or pay a special visit to convenience store.
Today, I had some Japanese lunchbox in my neighborhood restaurant with Alan and Eric.

After coming back to office, I work, and check the ameblo,
reply to comments and answering Guruppo, etc...
Simultaneously, start writing some essay or articles
if anything comes up in my mind.
Sometimes I get some visitors and/or I have to go out for meeting
or checking the project on construction.
Today was the day like that.
When there's no idea of what to write, like today, I just write something in English.

Then I get changed to running outfit
and go out on streets under the skyscrapers in Shinjuku.
This is the happiest moment of the day in summer.
After running through the crowds walking towards the station,
I hop into the quiet street from Park Hyatt and back of Tokyo Governmental Office.
Go round the Washington Hotel, passing through City Hall and Keio Plaza,
checking out the wavy shape of the Hilton Tokyo, and slowly go through Hyatt Regency,
because the bus and taxi drivers never pay attention to the pedestrians here.
Touring the hotels, the sun is about to set and the sky turns to rose and blue.
Some blinking red lights of the choppers go between buildings.
Reminds me of the scene in the Blade Runner.

After taking a quick shower in my office,
I ride my bike back to the house in Asagaya.
I donno what's waiting for me at dinner.
Hopefully plenty of meat or fish.
Sometimes I check the newly opened supermarket and get some great deal myself.

Isn't it boring? But I like it here and happy in this way so far.
