Once I tried to pursue a filmmaking career. I couldn't make it though.
My kind of master was in a production for a film called "Jazz G Men."
It was made to promote Honjo City in Saitama Prefecture. You can tell that it was made low-budge. They shot it in seven days. But this film came out just great.
The amazing thing is that you can feel a passion from all the people who were related to this film. When actors are into their roles and staff has a strong belief to create a project, I believe there is a kind of chemical reaction going on in a film.
That exactly happened in this film. If you watched it, you would feel it through the screen. Especially, Jun Inoue's facial expression in a last scene was so touching. It was just fabulous. I sometimes wonder how come actors can express their emotions like that.
I'm pretty sure that the film would ease you and give you a kind of strength to move on!

Now it's showing at:
Unicus kamisato
Unicus Minamifuruya (May 8th-)It might be possibly played in this summer at:
Sakurazaka Theater---
