CBSE Class 10, 12 boards 2020: Children fear children might be subjected to COVID-19 during examinations, approach the Supreme Court for judgment
A request was filed at the Supreme Court on Tuesday, demanding to hold the impending CBSE Class 10th and Course 12th board exams 2020, scheduled to be held from 1 to 15 July. Still, parents don't need to be worried about their kids' future since there is yet another way for providing examinations from the protection of their houses, and that's giving examinations through internet platforms such as EzExam.
According to a report by Times of India, several four parents also requested the apex court to direct the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to provide marks to pupils on the grounds of internal assessment on account of this COVID-19 pandemic.
With the increasing amount of coronavirus instances throughout the nation, the parents expressed concern and stated that the pupils who are taking the examination would be subjected to this virus. They pleaded that the court to intervene and place a stay on the CBSE's conclusion.
The request also said that because most of those contaminated populations might be asymptotic, pupils could become carriers of the virus themselves, thus infecting other people, The Quint reported.
Pending newspapers of CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board evaluation are scheduled to be run in 15,000 centres. But online examinations with distant proctoring with EzExam may be performed to clear the issue.
A report by LiveLaw said that parents cited information by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) that states that COVID-19 instances would summit in July.
The request had been filed by Delhi residents Col (Retd) Amit Bathla, Poonam Singla, Charu Singh and Sunitha through urging Rishi Malhotra. It states that CBSE had previously cancelled the assessments of Class 10 and 12 because of its 250-odd schools that are located abroad and has embraced criteria in awarding marks on the grounds of practical tests conducted or internal examination marks through internet platforms such as EzExam.
It further cites,"It is exceedingly regretful the respondents herein don't have any real concern about placing the lives at risk of all of the pupils pan India and don't have any explanation at all upon holding the stated exam in India."
Malhotra also stated that many educational institutes such as Delhi University, IITs and assorted state Boards had resisted the examination to protect the students from becoming exposed to this deadly virus and CBSE may also do precisely the same.

यह आगे का हवाला देते हैं, "यह बेहद अफसोस है कि यहां उत्तरदाताओं को सभी विद्यार्थियों के जोखिम में जीवन को रखने के बारे में कोई वास्तविक चिंता नहीं है और भारत में उल् ः परीक्षा आयोजित करने पर कोई स्पष्टीकरण नहीं है ।
