I decided to go to English school.
That lasts only one month though.
That class would be good, because they focus on job interview that I really need to learn.
I blew it at last job interview !
And there is another thing that I like, which is that class lasts only one month.
I don't like every-week lesson with no aim.
I'm that kind of woman that concentrates on what I want to get in a short period.
You'll see what I could learn there soon!

I have tried to go English school or private school before. But every time I went to free lessons to see how it works before I entered the school, I was reminded of outrageous fee.
I can't afford it!
How do other people afford it?
But I realized that I need it now, because I need to be exposed to English more.
I decided to go for it and save money by not going party so many.

I try to take English job interview class, because I blew it at last job interview.
I always blush when I recall it.

I took a free lesson recently.
The teacher is good and taught me how important I should emphasize that I am the person you need.
But the manager of the school was not cool because he was really pushy to make me give him money and enter that school.

I am thinking to take another free lesson next week.
I hope that it will go great.

-Emerging market is growing very fast and gets a lot of attentin from central team or whole of ////. Recently emerging market and Asian pacific leader moved to Singapore and now based on there.
I believe //// Japan has sufficient knowledge and experiences and exacutive material for the leader.
Why do you think we cannot take that position?

-For women, maternity leave would affect our carreer a lot.
I heard from women who already has a baby that she was worried about come-back when she had maternity leave. Because she couldn't accece any information of our business and see what's going on at our office.
What do you think about providing PC to access our server anytime during maternity leave?

I went business trip around the world (JP->GR->UK->US->JP)in last May.
I was really excited when I got the opportunity.

Even though we work for Global company, we can rarely get that kind of chance.
I'm really lucky because I have gone abroad for business once a year since I entered this company.
It was not easy to get it, I always tried to get it by studying and great performing and appealing it (sometimes making a wish to a god べーっだ!).

The around-the-world business trip was for experiencing other countries' working situation. Each country conducts a same study, but the way they do it is definitely different. I could know a lot of differences and on the contrary could know a lot of things that Japanese doing better there.

After that trip, all my boss needs from me is to contribute to Japanese performance.
In some points I have already contributed.
1. introduce new system for reviewing documents and data to Japanese team that never done before.
2. reduce paperwork by getting together several papars that we had to prepare before.

But my boss is never enough with them.
He seems to want more.
I heard from my manager that he said my manager had to use me more to improve our performance because I went around the world trip!.
I was a little bit nervous at that time, but I was getting to be excited.
I started to consider what I can do soon.

What I think of is as follows.
1. simplify check sheet that is used at clinical sites.
2. conduct a videoconference with all site staff when some documents are amended so that we don't have to explain it to them at each site.
3. review concomitant drug at our office by getting the information from site staff by e-mail. Reviewing concomitant drug at site is really tiresome and time-consuming, especially SAE is occurred. I believe this help us reviewing more subjects at one day.

I'll let my manager know them.

We had a new year's ceremony at my company.
Our president gave a speech for us.
He is from France and cannot speak Japanese well, so his speech was in English,
he has a little bit French accent though.

At that time I recalled that there is another speech of him at end of this month.
That is for younger colleages who have worked only for several years like me and that is about career development.
After that, we will have a party.

I think (hope) our president and I may have a conversation....
I have to prepare for that just in case.

Career development... Career development.....
As I said before, I want to go abroad somehow.
But it is not necessarily 'career development'.
That is just a way to grow myself. not career.
I believe if I could go there for business of my company, that would be my one step of career development.
And I want to be a leader of Asian countries eventually.

Then what should I comment on his speech and talk with him?
I can imagine that other colleagues will say, like 'We want to get an opportunity to work other countries' site. What do you think about it?'
I am a person that doesn't want to say the same thing as you do.
I've got to think other subject.
What do you think if I ask our president by focusing on 'women's career'?
Because I know our company is working to improve working environment for women, and when it comes to women's career development I can't help but be concerned about timing of delivering or maternity leave, it is an important subject.

OK.
I'll take some time to consider it.
