Before Golden Week. So on Saturday, I was invited Hiro's house by Hiro with Shigeki.
On us way to Hiro's house YOU jointed us.
This was the first time, I've visit to the Hiro's house!!
But It was fourth time for Shigeki to visit the Hiro's house.
Hiro's room is very clean!!
Then the first, we made dough for Okonomiyaki.
Hiro made stock for Okonomiyaki. then I and shigeki cut cabbege.YOU didnt anything!!!just she was looking!!LOL
How to make Okonomiyaki.
we prepared to Okonomiyaki powder(instead flour),cabbege, stock for Okonomiyaki and egges.
As you like, you can add to shrinp, cuttlefish, pork and beaf!!!
At first, to cut the cabbege, then mixed some stock and egges. stock is "katuobushi" that apiece of dried bonito that into boiling water.
next pour the mixed stock into Okonomiyaki powder.and mixed.
then we can add ingredient to mixed dough. this day we added shrinp, cuttlefish, pork and "ten-kasu" kind skin of tempurra.
then we sear okonomiyaki. after sear the Okonomiyaki. we put plate it. Finally we put green laver, Okonomiyaki sauce and Katuobushi=dried bonito.
after sear the Okonomiyaki, we were drink and eat!! after Okonoiyaki we made Yakisoba!!!
Both of food was wonderful!!!
especially Okonomiyaki was the best taste before when I went to America!!
YOU was went back home becouse she has part time job next day.

eventually,I and shigeki were stay with Hiro's house.
next morning Hiro made for us to "Zousui"=rice porridge.
I was so touched!!!
