難民（Refugees）とは誰か。「難民」の要件は大まかに3つあります。

①国外に避難していること

②現在迫害を受けている、または将来的に受ける可能性を有する「十分な理由のあるおそれ」を有すること

③「人種」「宗教」「国籍」「特定の社会集団の構成員である事」「政治的意見」を理由に迫害を受けていること

難民と認定を受けるには、逃げた先の国で、庇護申請を行い、難民認定を受ける必要があります。難民の認定を受けると、出身国へ強制送還されたりせず、その国で暮らす権利を得ることになります。

この他にも国内避難民といって②、③の要件を満たしているが、①を満たさない人が約2600万人いるといわれています。

サム・ライミ監督が自身の出世作ホラー『死霊のはらわた』のテレビドラマ企画を7月に発表したが、同シリーズで主演のアッシュを演じたブルース・キャンベルが同役に返り咲くことが明らかになった。


　E！ Newsによると、米有料チャンネルのStarzが1話30分で10話構成となるミニシリーズ『Ash vs. Evil（原題）』を2015年に放送することを発表し、その中でアッシュ役を演じたブルースが主演復帰することが明らかになったという。ライミ監督は製作総指揮を務めると共に、パイロット版でメガホンを取るそうだ。

　ブルースがテレビシリーズに参加することは伝えられていたが、どの程度の関わりになるのか不明だったため、今回の主演確定はシリーズのファンにとって嬉しいニュースになったに違いない。ブルースは声明の中で「世界中の『死霊のはらわた』ファンに、このシリーズを届けられることに心から興奮している」と語り、邪悪な死霊たちとの壮絶な戦いを描きつつ、腹を抱えるようなユーモア満載の作品になると太鼓判を押した。

　ライミ監督は「チェーンソーと“ブームスティック”を手にしたアッシュが、死霊退治に復活する。今回はそれも大量の数の死霊が相手だ」とコメントしている。

　テレビシリーズは1作目から30年後という設定になるそうだ。30年間、死霊の恐怖から目を背け、責任や成長というものを避けてきたアッシュが、死霊たちの蔓延により人類が滅亡の危機に直面するという事実を前に、死霊たちと戦わざるを得なくなるという。
