Almost one month has passed since I started working out.

When I started, I was almost 50kg.

My weight is very bumpty. In morning, alsmot less than 50kg, but, in night, almost 52kg.

It is changed almost 2kg a day.

However, after started working out, my weight became stable. It is almost 51kg, in stable.

I think this is the proof that my muscle is getting growth.

I want to keep going.

However, I am worried about one thing.

I gonna go Chine for business trip from end of February until end of April, almost 2 month.

In the meanwhile, I am not sure if I can do working out and take a protain shake.

My muscle might be lost..

Since I got some muscle, I do not want to lose.

If I stay at one place, I can get some solution.

For example, a holet I stay at first has gym. So I will be able to work out, but apparantly, I will fly around Chine base on Shanghai.

Since I do not have home city, I have to look for gym or something everywher else one goes.

And also, I expect I will be so busy in China.

So it is difficult to keep working out.

But I will keep going as much as possible.

I will be strong. I will be Macyo.
