6月30日は、「夏越の大祓式」（なごしのおおはらえしき）が
全国の神社で行われる日。
「大祓式」は6月30日と12月31日の年２回行われます。
半年間の罪やけがれを払い、後半の半年間の無病息災を祈る儀式は、
1300年ほど前から続いているそうです。
各地の神社では「茅の輪」が設けられ、古来の作法にしたがってくぐり身を清めます。
私は貴船神社さんでくぐってきました。
On June 30th, the traditional Summer Ritual,
"Nagoshi no Ooharaeshiki" was held in Shrines in Japan.
"Ooharaeshiki" is the ritual for puryfing and preventing diseases.
It is held on June 30th and December 31st.,
and has been held for over 1300 years.
This is "Chino wa". We go through it in a traditional way and purify ourselves.
I did it at Kifune Shrine, Kyoto.
半年に一度、心身を清める機会を設けるというのは、
エネルギー的に見ても理にかなっています。
生きていくうちにたまった、不要なものを浄化することで
新しいものを人生に受け入れることができますから。
また、夏至に続き6月末もオーラのフル・ヒーリング（お掃除）のご依頼が増えました。
皆さん、本能的に「浄化の季節」と知っていらっしゃるのです。

For receiving something new, we need to release something old.
So, this ritual is true from the energetic aspect.
