Side effects of Hydralazine
Some patients taking this medicine may experience tachycardia, palpitation, flushing, hypotension, angina, fluid retention, gastrointestinal disturbances, headache, dizziness, rashes, fever, dyscrasias, peripheral neuritis, polyneuritis, paraesthesia, arthralgia, myalgia, increased lacrimation, nasal congestion, dyspnoea, agitation, anxiety, blood disorders, abnormal liver function, jaundice, raised plasma creatinine, proteinuria or haematuria. If you experience any of these symptoms, please consult your doctor.  
  
When not to use Hydralazine
Hydralazine Tablet 25 mg should not be taken by patients who are suffering from idiopathic systemic lupus erythematosus, severe tachycardia, high output heart failure, myocardial insufficiency due to mechanical obstruction, corpulmonale, dissecting aortic aneurysm and acute porphyria
