まず、必要書類をダウンロードForm I-751はHPからダウンロード I-751私たちは、カバーレターのあとに下記のものを準備しました。 Application fee of $680（All Form I-751 petitions also require an $85 biometric service fee for a total of $680. ）年々高くなっていますね～勘弁してよ！ Form I-751 （サインする所があるので、お忘れなく） Copy of Form I-551 (Permanent resident card) グリーンカードのコピー（カラーで） Copy of passport 2人分 Copy of Driver’s License 2人分 Copy of our marriage certificate Copy of our apartment rental agreement with joint occupancy Copies of the tax statements & W2s for 2015 and 2016 Copies of statements from our joint checking, savings, and credit card accounts Copies of our insurance statements and card for Healthcare and Automobile Copy of beneficiary statement for life insurance policy Copies of Medical and Dental Bills （2015年～2017年） Copy of wedding ceremony and reception event plan and billing Copy of vacation cruises and airplane ticket reservations （新婚旅行の飛行機のチケット、クルーズの予約票、日本へ一時帰国した時の飛行機のチケット、アメリカ国内旅行飛行機のチケット等々） Copies of letters and mail from friends & family （郵便物の封筒のコピー 旧住所＆新住所） Copies of Photographs with information detailing event and location （結婚式、新婚旅行、家族写真、日本の友人との写真などを添付） 2 sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen family members, attesting to our relationship書類は、結婚が継続されていることを証明する物とあるので、アパートの契約、銀行の口座、保険等、2015年から2017年の経過がわかるように準備しました。ということで、全ての書類は、120枚を超えるほど。。。枚数が多いので、全てスキャンをしておきました。私の住むイリノイ州は、USCIS California Service CenterP.O. Box 10751Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075へとあるので、postoffice trackingをつけて郵送しました。Trackingで確認したところ、7月10日（月）に郵送し、7月12日（水）にはUSCISに到着したようでした。無事にUSCISまでは行ってくれました。この後は、書類を受け取ったというお知らせ、バイオメトリクスのお知らせが順調に届きますように☆
