I think listening is what many Japanese are not good at.
In the process in which I learn English, I understood some important things about listening.
Well, they are already pointed out by many people.
1. words
2. phrases
3. speed at which you understand English
4. pronunciation
They are put in importance order that I decide.
What do you think about above?
It may not be usual that words are the most important.
But I think how many you know English is very important in listening.
Even if you are very good at catch English, you can't understand what they mean if you don't know words and phrases.
I use word cards to memorize English words now.
You may think memorizing is not efficient, after all memorizing is what you have to do first.
Try to memorize same word for three or more times. This is the key of memorizing.
The more you memorize words, the more you understand your English skill improve.
If you are worried about your listening skill, how about review English words?
英語の勉強しているうちに、リスニングで大切なことをいくつか認識してきました。
まぁ、もうみんなが言ってることだったりしますが。
1. 単語
2. フレーズ
3. 英語を理解する早さ
4. 英語の発音（を聞く力）
以上は大切だと思う順に並べています。
単語が一番なのは意外かもしれませんが、やっぱり単語がわからないといくら何を言っているか聞き取れてもどうしようもありません。
私も単語カードを使って暗記しています。暗記というといいイメージがありませんが、英語に触れているだけでだんだん覚えていくなんてことは、英語に触れる時間からして普通ありえないと思います。
リスニングがなんか苦手、、、っていう方は単語の復習をしてみてはいかがでしょうか？
