ビーチの再生
San Sebastian Beach in Sitges is my favorite beach. It was the closest beach to where I lived when I first came to Sitges.
Last fall, a typhoon caused rough seas for about a week, washing away a lot of beach sand and washing up torn seaweed on the beach.
The sand that washed out to sea is being sucked up by a dredger and spit back onto the beach, where it is being leveled by a bulldozer.
I hope the beach returns to its former beauty soon.
シッチェスのサンセバスチャンビーチは私が最も好きなビーチです。シッチェスに来て最初に住んでいたところから最も近いビーチでした。
去年の秋に台風で1週間ほど海が荒れ、たくさんのビーチの砂が流されて、またちぎれた海藻が波でビーチに打ち上げられていました。
沖に流れ出た砂を浚渫船で吸い上げビーチに吐き出して、ブルトーザーで整地しています。
早く以前の綺麗なビーチに戻って欲しいものです。
