2017年度の最終日。
外も桜満開で、この季節はいつも「新しいことが始まる」ようなワクワク感を感じます。
It's the final day of this fiscal year and cherry season.
Every year at this time I'm very excited with the thought that something new will happen.
「教員になるまでの計画をどうするのか。」
漠然とは考えてはいましたが、そろそろ本腰を入れなければと思い、
桜を横目に自転車で駆け抜け、マクドナルドにて考えてみました。
Nowadays my plan is to become an English teacher, but I have to map it out seriously.
So I went to Macdonalds by bicycle, seeing cherry blossoms on the way, and thought deeply on this theme.
ビジネスの世界では「3年を基本として仕事の計画を立てる」のが一般的だそうです。
また、「全体構想図」を作り、プロジェクトの全体図を鳥の視点で鳥瞰できるようになると全体のストーリーが適切か否かがわかるのと同時に、思いがけない問題点を見つけることができるということです。
It is said generally that you have to make plans on a three-year basis in the business world.
And also we have to make an integral conception to overview whole plan so that we can check whether story is correct or not.
合っているかかはわかりませんが、下記今後3年の計画表を作成してみました。
（見にくいので後々、エクセルに転記する予定です・・・）

リストを作ってみてまず思ったことは、やること・やるべきことがたくさんあるなーということです。
教員になるまでの猶予が3年あるということが、果たして多いのか、全然足りないのか。
特に、1年目は会社員をしながらということで、大変そうだなという印象です。
I found a lot of things to do in the list.
I don't even know whether three years is enough time for me to prepare to be a teacher .
同時に、今の会社の中でもできることはいくつかあるなということも気づきました（リスト中、緑枠）。
「後輩指導」「学校経営」については、会社が学校に置き換わるだけでそう変わらないのではと思います。
「Microsoft Access(データ管理)」については、勉強すれば今の職場でも、将来の教員でもデータ管理や業務の効率化に役立つのではと考えています。
「製図検定」については、保険です。教員の仕事を何かしらの理由で諦めなくてはならないというときに、今の仕事にまた戻れるように資格を取っておくことも必要かなとも思っています。
Another thing I found through the list is that there are some things I can do even at my current workplace(e.g.relationships, data administration)

「仕事とは、現状を把握し将来何が起きるか予測して、戦略を立て実行する、これの繰り返し。」
Work consists of prediction, moving things into action, and reapeating them.
作成した計画リストは現時点での予測にすぎないので、随時修正・更新していきたいと思います。
とりあえず1年目は今の会社に所属しながらやれることをやりつつ、並行して留学等の準備をしていきます。
The list I've made is based on my current prediction, so I'll revise it and upload it again when I need to. Tentatively, I've decided to prepare for my studying abload while I work at my currnet workplace.
