This is actually my favourite bento in Japan. 
even though this is a pre-cooked meal, this tastes so good. This bento has some juiciness into it and some mix of flavours that gives it a very unique taste. It is fairly priced (398\ including tax)
and good to go at any time of the day. I usually eat this as my dinner sometimes with Coke.
There's no spiciness
to it actually, but if want it spicy you can try Japanese Shichimi(七味)
or black pepper(胡椒) with it. Because it is a pre-cooked meal, you can get it microwaved when you buy it from Seven-Eleven. 
Recommended to try this bento if you're in Japan.

このセブンの弁当は実は僕の一番好きな弁当です。コンビニの弁当なんですが、この弁当には肉のジューシー感やカルビの味のミックスした共通の味が感じる。
豚肉を食べたことない方には初めて豚肉食べてみたいな～と思ったとき身近なコンビニで簡単で買える弁当です。税込み３９８円です。僕は特に忙しかった日には簡単な晩ご飯として食べています。僕が食べる時弁当＋コーラにしています。（コーラを弁当に入れるんじゃないけどwwwww）
是非日本にいるなら一度食べてみてください。スパイシーさがあっまり感じないので、もしもっと辛く食べたい方は胡椒か七味使ってください。コンビニの弁当なので、買ってコンビニで温めることも可能です。
