I'd like to introduce you my best season to visit to Tokyo.
This is totally my personal point of view, I'm sorry if I'm wrong.
MAY (from second week to end of May)
and
OCTOBER are the best time to visit to Tokyo.
Not hot, not cold, not rainy season.
Let me introduce each month.
Jan & Feb
So cold, easy to catch a cold, almost sunny
Mar & Apr
Still cold, hey fever season.
Sakura(cherry blossom)season from end of Mar to first of Apr)
Spring vacation from end of Apr to fisrt of May.
No school, no work, so many tourinst everywhere.
Jun
Rainy season, humid
Jul
Rainy season till mid of Jul
Vesy hot and humid after end of rainy season, late afternoon shower
Summer vacation from end of Jul to end of Aug
Aug
Vesy hot and humid, late afternoon shower
Sep
Still hot sometime tyhoon
Nov
Cold a bit, almost sunny
Dec
Cold, easy to catch a cold, almost sunny
