My favorite color is red. It makes me happy and energetic. But I like black, white and gray for my cloths. Because they look me tight than in reality.
Colors need in our life. They influence our mind. For example Green makes us relax. Red makes us hot. White makes us refresh and so on.
We choose color when we want change our feeling.

I can't explain about colors well.......
"Anorexia" is very popular of illness in the world.

in Japan, there are so many people who have this serious illness, i can image that.

But also i think, so many people with eating disorders in the world, they don't notice that it is illness.

they are thinking such as that " I am normal.""This is the ordinary food life.", maybe..

they are not able to notice that is the short way to be anorexia or bulimia.

they need to know knowledge of a healthy diet.
At the same time, to notice that they have to seriously try to change their lives.

that means they need to the revolution which for big awareness of their lives.

and more important things, eating problems are concerning with the mind ploblems.

so i think they had better to take time for psychological therapy.
