Every time you complete a survey at
you're entered into a draw to win one of the following:

There are 12 draws a year, so the more feedback you provide (1 entry per receipt), the more chances you have to win.
📝 How to Take the Survey
Taking the survey is quick and easy. Here’s what you need to do:

Make a purchase at a participating Loblaw store (e.g., Loblaws, No Frills, Maxi, Zehrs, Real Canadian Superstore).

Keep your receipt, which will contain a 19–21 digit survey code.

Visit
within 7 days of your visit.

Select your preferred language (English, French, Punjabi, or Mandarin).

Enter your survey code and complete the short questionnaire (takes ~5-10 minutes).

Choose to enter the sweepstakes at the end of the survey.
You can also participate by phone (1-800-531-2928) or mail-in if you don’t have internet access.

To take part, you must:

Be a legal resident of Canada
