In fact, the more you laugh, the less likely you are to become stressed out, anxious, tired, irritable, depressed, or just plain moody.

As for me, I had my fair share of laughter today even if I'm extremely busy with my store lately.

Anyways I'm currently doing an overtime work. ショック!
