It takes approximately 1 hour from StepInn ShinOsaka East to there.
（JR新大阪駅→JR六甲道駅より神戸市営バス・１６系統乗車で
六甲ケーブル下駅下車）
Access:JR ShinOsaka station→JR Rokkomichi station
When you arrive at JR Rokkomichi station, please take Kobe city bus(line 16) and take off Rokko cable shita station.
