Today, I went to Rikuzentakata to cut grass as a volunteer. Although I could do that for only hour and a harf, I truly realized that if many people approach to what is difficult together, anything will do. In today's case, we could cut almost all grass where a parson who want to look for any her/his family's memorial things befor the place become a high ground once lived. I thought that I could do for anyone who need help even if the power was not big. That mean a not ineffective.
Furthermore, one of the best experiences I did in Tohoku was to meet 60 old years old women at the place I did a volunteer. They belonged to a volunteer group. Thanks to that one person asked a leader whetherI could get a bus with them, I could go to the place I wait for a bus.
What I must not forget is the existence of three persons. They not only brought me my goal but also I past for a long time with them as we went to a public bath, had a dinner and even looked for souvenirs for me. I was very glad that they communicated with me casually and warmly while I met them for the first time. The experoence of pasting with local people in private was very impressive for me.
Through the stay in Tohoku, I knew that people in Iwate is sooooo kind and friendly:)☆ Amazingly, students who seemed that they return to home from school greeted me. Also, I could take a slow time without being pressed for time. It made me relieved.
I was very glad that I could touch warm people. I came to love Tohoku more than before*
