日本で土木関係の仕事を３０年以上続けてきました。仕事はきついことしか思い出しませんが
たくさんの動植物との出会いがあり、今も記憶にとどまっています。そんな思い出を簡単な絵にして
見ました。
| 1979年夏 |
| 私たちは、現場で測量作業中でした。時期は夏だったため、草が高くしげり相手の姿が見えません。 |
| そこで、たまたま石が数十個重ねてあった、少したかくなった所にたって作業をおこないました。 |
| 作業は終わりました。しかし、足元に何か動物の気配を感じたので、頭を近づけて石の間を |
| 覗き込みました。その瞬間、わたしは驚きのあまり、体が凍りつきました。 |
| そこには、毒蛇のマムシがこちらの様子をうかがっていたからです。 |
| The summer of 1979 |

This is because the mamushi of the poisonous snake watched this state there.
