Before dinner we all got our photo taken by the photographer. This year they gave out the starters when people first arrived and were having the pre-dinner champagne rather than waiting until everyone was sat down in the main hall, which worked out well as it meant I wasn't so hungry waiting for the main meal
They also handed out chocolate sea shells when we entered the hall which was a nice touch and fitted in well with the theme of the ball. 
As in the previous years I've been, the meal was delicious
and the entertainment before the meal was also really good. I tried to take photos of a couple of the dances but they were moving so fast so I couldn't get a good photo 
After dinner, we went and played in the casino for a while and there was also a DJ in the main hall. There was also an icecream stall, a tea stall, a chocolate fountain and a cocktail fountain. Yum...
Mmmm....chocolatey....
