Shopping at SM Mall in Clark

Today is my first weekend in the Philippines !

I went to go shopping at SM Mall in Clark.

SM Mall is as big as AEON Mall in Japan.

There are many people.

And this mall has more restaurants than Japan's.

Comparing with Japan, the prices of things are about half, maybe.

I can't help appreciating to be born in japan. 

Give Me Money !?

Today I played a game in my group class.

The teacher said, " I will give a winner lemonade or icecream ! "

Then, I won the game.

The teacher said, " Congratulations ! I will bring it. "

And then, He gave me below.

I felt there is a cultural difference between Japan and the Philippines. 

Recipe of YAKISOBA

I did a presentation in a group class today.

The theme is "My Cooking Recipe".

I introduce my content that I presented there.

--- Recipe of YAKISOBA ---

Ingredients

・Yakisoba noodle 200g

・Pork Belly  50g

・Cabbage  1/8

・Carrot      1/3

・Onion       1/4

・Bean sprout  50g

・Worcester sauce  5tbsp

・Oil                       1tbsp

・Salt & Pepper      a little

Materials

・Pan

1, Cut the pork & the cabbage, and slice the carrot and the onion

2, Warm the oil in the pan, then stir-fry the pork and the carrot shortly, season with the salt and the pepper

3, Stir-fry the cabbage, onion, and bean sprout with the pork and the carrot

4, Stir-fry the noodle with the pork and the vegetable , finally mix the worcester sauce and stir-fry shortly.

Is this recipe correct ?

I'm sorry, I have not cooked this Yakisoba.

Yeast and East

I learned cooking vocabularies today.

In a way to cook banana cake, we use some yeast.

However, the pronounciation of "yeast" is difficult.

A Korean classmate had trouble pronouncing this vocabulary.

My teacher said, "Your Yeast is East !"

It is difficult for me to pronounce "Yeast",  it may be more difficult for Koreans.

Intensity 6 !?

An earthquake seems to have occurred just before in the Phillipines.

In the province of Batangas, south of Manila, the seismic isntensity "6" and magnitude "5.4" were observed.

I didn't feel shaking at all, because I stay at Clark, north of Manila.

I hope that the tsunami doesn't occur.
