An awkwardness of the recorded voice.
I summarized my opinion into the below three points.
First of all, I want to point out an awkwardness of the recorded voice. It is an edited record, consists of a connection of scrappy voices together. Each voice piece is undoubtedly nasty and offensive. However, they are too short to find the context. We even don’t know how the journalist who heard and recorded the voice reacted. The words disgusted her for sure. Then, she should sue the vice-minister for sexual harassment and expose whole story of how he insulted her. In fact, however, she decided to leak it to the public before the vice-minister is judged by the law and her action provoke a storm of criticism in whole country. But is it really enough evidence for the people to upset?
