2. Change how to talk to Ojisan.

 

More than you can imagine, the middle aged males are sensitive to how they are seen from others. In other words, changing of words to speak to them may give them different impact. It should be effective to use positive words rather than negative ones.

 

3. Pay attention to their career.
 

To revive Ojisan, it is also good way to let them talk about their career because middle age is the time for everyone to re-think about their lives. People around them may think that Ojisan workers are just burden of the firm. By hearing from them, however, manager would find past achievements or skills, which are not known by anyone. There would be new findings for them to contribute for the company again.
