“Not employing freshmen, let them work more.”

“Why they don’t challenge new thing?”

“Receiving more salary but less work, how useless they are!”

 

These words are often told in office for Ojisan (middle aged male) workers. The word “they” means, certainly, the middle aged workers. Criticized from young generations, but nothing change of their working style, makes them bad example for juniors who have hope for their future and desire to be better.

While Ojisan were young, they used to work harder. They should have made a point of working for their company. But what has happened to them? Ojisan is not who they were.
