Hiroki Kuroda (41), who is a pitcher of Hiroshima CARP, announced the day before yesterday to finish his career as baseball player. He enrolled to CARP in 1996 and 10 years since then he has been the ace pitcher of the team. In 2007, he challenged Major League and he worked for 2 teams during 7 years. And he came back to Japan in 2007 and joined again CARP at the end of last year. Kuroda said “I owned so much to this team and fans so I want to meet their expectations.” Such attitude of his love to CARP welcomed to Hiroshima fans.
