A president of a company that processes and sells industrial cannabis was arrested today. Toshihiko Ueno (37) was a permitted cannabis cultivator of Tottori prefecture and had grown it for industrial use. He once told that what he was doing was a project for revitalization of town. But 88 grams of illegal dry cannabis was found in his home. So he was exposed on the suspicion of violation of Cannabis Control Law.
