6:45 am.
It was the worst morning ever.
While I was riding on my bicycle, rushing to the nearest station of my house, I heard air leaking noise coming from the front wheel.
I stopped my bike by the road, checked it immediately and found what I didn’t want it to be true.
Oh yes, it was flat tire…
There was a tiny hole on the outer tire, where inner tube was exposed. So the air was leaking hopelessly and soon it became totally flat.
I felt like I was going to be crazy.
I could endure if it happened on weekend or evening when I going back to home.
But the timing is completely wrong.
I had to catch the commuter’s train at 6:52 am.
This means that I had to arrive at the station 6:49 am.
Sometimes I desperately run in the station to compete huge group of people to get on the train.
It sounds exaggerate but morning is a kind of “war time” for me.
The poor tire, however, ruined my day.
The late arrival to the office is accurately recorded to my time sheet and will be reflected to the monthly payment.
What can I say to my boss?
Shall I tell him this situation honestly? But does he believe me?
Maybe I should take a photo of the tire to make evidence, anyway.
So I made it.
Then I walked and pushed my bike to home to get another bike.
It took ten minutes to get there.
This accident today really made me down.
I hope it never happen in my life again.
