<Sorata's rating>=★★★★=should go!
①Surprise : ★★★
→The big paper Lantern and the customs performed at the
temple will surprise you.
②Feel Japan : ★★★★★
→Naturally you will feel typical Japan at SENSO-JI, moreover
you will feel Japanese atmosphere at "NAKAMISE DORI" lined
with souvenir shops.
③Proud : ★★★
→Asakusa is not a World Heritage destrict, but it's the most visited
and famous place to feel the former Tokyo, when it was called"EDO".
④Probability of Misunderstanding : ★★
→You might understand that Asakusa is the typical "traditional
old Japan". But it's only one aspect of traditional Japan.
It's the old EDO era's(1603-1867) SHITAMACHI (The "Low City")
culture and the atmosphere and quite different from other
aspects you feel from like other places.

①How will Foreign Travelors feel

And "Thunder Gate" written in Kanji is very cool!

2.OMIKUJI(Paper Fortune) experience
You can check your fortune by trying the "Omikuji" at
Senso-Temple. It's very popular in Japan, that we could
try it in most of the Temples and Shrines.
Drop 100YEN into the slots.
Then grab the silver canister and shake it
thinking of your wish. Extract one stick
and there will be an number written.
Find the drawer which the same number is
written.Unfortunately the number is only
written in Kanji, so ask any Japanese
where the drawer is.
