Hackettstown School District adopts budget with Matt Forte Jersey 1
Calling it a "good budget," Business Administrator Teresa Barna said the final numbers were similar to those in the district's preliminary budget put out earlier in the year.
"There were only some minor changes that took place (from) within," she Brandon Marshall Women Jersey said.
Barna said the budget will not cut any positions in the district and instead looks to add two to three positions at the high school, a kindergarten teacher Matt Forte Youth Jersey and another basic skills instructor at the elementary school.
Board members approved a $150,000 budget Brandon Marshall Kids Jersey line to address school security. Barna said the money will potentially cover the hiring of a security officer as well as revamping the district's existing security technologies, such as upgrades to camera systems and the use of keyless entry.
The focus on safety was a direct response to a nflbearsofficial.com/Nike-Jared-Allen-Jersey.html public meeting held in January in which parents voiced concerns on the state of security in the district, Barna said.
The budget also makes room for a $930,000 contract for repairs to the Hackettstown High School roof. The bid was awarded to Clifton based Mak Group.
Repairs will be done to sections of the roof over the school's cafeteria, old gymnasium and a portion of the building known as the "A wing." Barna said the district pulled $1.4 nflbearsofficial.com/Nike-Robbie-Gould-Jersey.html million from its capital reserve account to pay for the roof repairs and other capital projects.
