It can be used as a roadbed to effectively improve a location's soil. Furthermore, it can definitely be directly mixed with gravel and sand as well as even volcanic ash, mountain sand, mud, sandy mud, clay, and soil containing organic matter. In addition, in contains no toxic substances, so lawns will not be killed and will grow, and it will suppress radioactivity even if it does not rain. Moreover, it has features such as minimal expansion and contraction, frost-heave resistance, and acid resistance.
It is strong enough that it clears 50kg/cm^2 in 3 days, thus allowing for construction costs and time to be reduced by more than half. (On-site soil and gravel can be used as is. For this reason, it is not necessary to purchase expensive gravel that would normally be necessary for asphalt construction. As for cement, by merely mixing in 5% hardening agent to 95% ordinary cement, hardness and dry-curing speed can be increased to world-class levels. In a past example, a typical hardening timeframe of over 8 days was reduced to 2 days. It is not an exaggeration to say that a parking lot can be driven on after a single night.)

B. Soil-Solid Construction a Simple Process (Method)
1. It is a mix of 95% of cement t and 5% of hard element; thereby it is called “Perfect Hardner.”
2. It can be also mixed with 80% soil and 20% of Perfect Hardner material.
3. Use for Roads, Canals, Airfields, Grounds, Dams, etc.
Perfect Hardner Brand Special Solidifying Agent is made using special imported materials and selected raw materials from China. It is a powdery product, and does not need to select aggregates. Locally available soil, sand, stones, etc. can be used as aggregate to reinforce its strength, and therefore widely applicable.
Perfect Hardner Brand Special Solidifying Agent has the following remarkable features:
1.Do not require the use of crushed stones, river sand and water; it gets solidified with whatever materials available locally.
2.No expansion or contraction takes place under bad weather conditions once it is solidified.
3.After solidified layer is formed the stability of its chemical molecular constitutes no harm to crops and Animal husbandry.
4.Quickens road construction; thus saves energy and time, and it has strong performance and durability.
5.This product can also be used to solidify material into bricks without a burning process, therefore can be used to replace building bricks.

Construction Method of Special Solidifying
1. Construction of Roadbed
The construction method of the roadbed is identical with that of the ordinary class roads.
2. Establishing Construction Thickness of Stationary Layer
For example, if 30 cm thick aggregates are required, it is necessary to lay the Special Solidifying Agent on the roadbed. Roadbed soil or sand can be chosen as the aggregates. Depending on the availability of the materials locally, by mixing sand stone in the aggregate the solidifying agent needed can be reduced in quantity, and the solidified layers can achieve higher strength and hardness.
Note: organic substances (garbage, tree roots and ruderals) have to be removed.

Construction methods
(1) Aggregate fully mixed with the solidifying agent by means of movable mixing station.
(2) Transporting of the well mixed solidifying agent product to the construction site.
3. Determination of the Required Amount of the Agent
The amount of the agent required depends on the class of tensile strength and the class of the road constructed. For details, please refer to the “Cross reference table of the solidifying agent per square meter needed for the required solidifying volume.”
In case of soil with different quality, test of the strength of the soil in the solidified layer should be done again so as to determine the quantity of the solidifying agent needed.
4. Mixed Aggregate VS. Finished Product of Solidifying Agent
There are generally two constructions methods.
One method is to set up a heavy-duty movable mixing station by the worksite to mix the aggregate material with the finished product of the solidifying agent, and then transport the well-mixed aggregate to the construction site and spread evenly on the roadbed until it reaches the required height.
The other method is to mix on route after determining the construction thickness and the agent amount required. The agent is spread evenly on the aggregate layer. For this method, a suitable on route mixer is selected to carry out sufficient mixing; mixing degree is to be 98%. If the solid quality in the aggregate layer subject to solidification is unsuitable for crushing, the heavy-duty movable mixing station should be used instead.
In case of rain, canvas should be used to cover the part where the construction is underway by means of on route mixer, to avoid too big a water content that would adversely affect the compactness.
Note: We strongly recommend the use of heavy-duty movable mixing station for the mixing of aggregate material with the solidifying agent. In this way, sufficient and uniform mixing can be achieved between the aggregate material and the agent. For enhanced strength and hardness and viscosity of the solidified aggregate, it is advisable to make sure that the water content in the soil on the aggregate layer is not too high. For details, please refer to the operation manual of mixer.
5. Determination of Water Content
To ensure high strength of the aggregate material after mixing with the finished product of the solidifying agent, the water content of the solidified aggregate material should be measured for adjustment purpose in order to achieve the highest value of its strength and hardness.
Please refer to “Laboratory Test Report on Cement Soil with Heavy Pounding issued by Fuzhou Municipal Central Laboratory of Highway” and the curve of the relation between water content and density as well as the inspection report issued.
6. Site Laying and Leveling
The well-mixed aggregate material is transported to the site be leveled to the required height.
Note : The leveled aggregate layer shall be compacted by road roller within an hour.

7. Compaction by Road Roller
Rubber tread road roller or normal road shall be used for compacting the aggregate material. To facilitate the cohesiveness of asphalt with the solidified layer, the surface does not necessarily take on a smooth form, but the compactness should be up to 96%.

8. Curing
Within one hour after rolling and compact, water should be sprayed on it so as to form a solidified layer (stationary layer), and within 3-5 days, therefore, sufficient water amount should be sprayed on it both in the morning and in the evening for curing. Two weeks after the curing is over, the asphalt may be laid (Note: Make sure to thoroughly dry the solidified layers).
The thickness of the asphalt layer should be at least over 5 cm and other values in thick can be used depending on the class of the road constructed.
Note: Generally the vehicles can run after the layer is solidified (stationary layer) and formed; some 28 days after the formation the layer can reach its maximum value.
