Today I went to pick my boyfriend's friend couple up at Hamamatsucho.
They arrived in Narita airport today and did the Hatobus tour that my boyfriend bought for them which is very nice of him taking care of his guests as a host =)
Because he had to work, I was in charge of taking them around showing them the most expensive district in Tokyo - Ginza.
We walked along the main street of Ginza. The couple were very much impressed by how clean the streets and buildings were especially in comparison to ones in Sydney. They were also impressed by all the food in the department basement which we call Depachika. I am glad that they found the place interesting. They got some sweets to take home and nom nom... =D
Anyway, we ran out of time to make our way to the Sony building which I felt pretty bad as a guide of the night. But oh well, we still enjoyed the view from the cafe in the middle of Ginza.
We then headed off to Shimokitazawa where we had drinks before meeting up with my boyfriend.
We played our favourite drumming game in the arcade. We had Gyoza dinner.

It was awesome seeing the familiar faces that I have missed since I left Sydney. It was hard to believe though that they were actually there with us having conversation over dinner as if it is just the normal life we live. It is like yesterday that we play wii together and catch a movie together and drink at a pub.

I miss those days. As much as I do love life with family and cool Japanese stuff surrounding me, I miss my second home. I enjoyed the life which is kinda free and also lonely. I guess the reason why the past life seems kinda better than my current one is because I am at the position where I need to take more responsibility about my life now.

Well, my thoughts are getting messy. So I would just end this here for tonight, and will have a sleep. Good one, not like the one I had last night. It was an awful dream. Ew.

I have another tourguiding mission to complete tomorrow. Well, where we are going is secret.
I just hope that they will like the places I am thinking to take them to...

Fingers crossed. xx

OH! It is just a month till it counts 3 years since I and my boyfriend started going out.
It is awesome that we still get along very well. I absolutely love him. I gave him his birthday present just in case before his birthday.. I just cannot wait for him to open it. He is so patient that he is going to wait till his actual birthday which is this Saturday.
I hope he will love it. I am pretty sure he does because they are things I chose for him! =)
