A natural bear has arrived from Irahara City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The cut pieces are made into shigure-ni (Japanese pepper-flavored stew). We use all the precious bear meat❗️ Kuma Shigureni is made with precious rice that is grown without pesticides and dried in the sun, and has a light seasoning. Please enjoy it.
