Every time I saw Zhang Xin, he smiled sincerely and enthusiastically. He joined SmartGen as a test post in October 2018. He improved his professional level continuously and completed the acceptance of product functions, manuals, and software upgrading excellently. 

At the beginning of 2020, Zhang Xin took on heavy responsibilities and his work content changed from the familiar software test to the unfamiliar hardware test in order to respond the needs of the company and the department. In order to improve his hardware testing level quickly, he used his spare time to research various testing equipment and principles. In a short span of one years, he completed nearly 300 test requirements and found more than 60 bugs. He walked home with the night nearly every day.

The rapid improvement of professional ability, rigorous work attitude, and conduct oneself sincere and enthusiastic has won the trust of team members. His leadership began to arrange the daily work arrangements, project allocation, and department coordination of the hardware testing team to him. In order to ensure the efficient work of the team, he made a test plan in advance every day, allocated test resources reasonably, and led the team members to carry out their work in an orderly manner.

In addition to busy daily work, Zhang Xin also led the test team partners to complete company-level improvement projects such as the main test location and equipment inspection, and carried out professional knowledge training, which greatly improved the professional level and test efficiency of the hardware test team.

Facing the praise of colleagues and leaders, Zhangxin smiled shyly and said, "I am just an ordinary employee without doing anything big but some work and duty which belongs to me."
