Perfect CP (Couple)--ATS Control Module Adapter

Once saw the wiring diagram of control module and ACB, it was not good when facing the dense jumper wire, especially the three-ACB control. There was a time when we wished a point-to-point, one-to-one connection between the control module and the switch.

Finally, the CP (couple) of ATS control module called "adapter" is ready to go in 2020. The adapter makes the secondary wiring connection between the control module and the switch easier, while the two switches are connected through the adapter to realize the electrical interlocking function. Currently, adapters are available in two configurations for dual power systems and two-line one-bus tie systems.

Dual Power Switch Control Module Adapter ATA600

The adapter is used for secondary wiring connection between control module and the ACB (Air Circuit Breaker).

Advantages:

1. Suitable for HAT600N series/HAT600P series/HAT700 series dual power ATS control modules;
2. Suitable for a variety of ACB (Air Circuit Breaker);
3. Integration of two air circuit breakers, specification 400V/50Hz/10A, no need for the customer to add microbreak protection;

5. One to one wiring connection between control module and adapter;
6. One to one wiring connection between adapter and ACB (Air Circuit Breaker);
7. Integration of electrical interlock circuits between two air circuit breakers without cross wiring.

Two-line One Bus Tie Adapter ATA821

The bus tie control module adapter simplifies wiring between the control module and ACB (Air Circuit Breaker). Three in one function--- three air circuit breakers require only one adapter.

Advantages:

1. Suitable for HAT821 two-line one bus tie control module;
2. Suitable for a variety of (ACB) ;
3. Integration of two air circuit breakers, specification 400V/50Hz/10A, no need for the customer to add microbreak protection
4. Saving lots of field wiring time;
5. One to one wiring connection between control module and adapter;
6. One to one wiring connection between adapter and ACB (Air Circuit Breaker);
7. Integration of electrical interlock circuits between three air circuit breakers without cross wiring.

Cabinet Mounting Type---HAT162

Suitable for no breaking two stage ATS
Available for breaker brands: HanKwang, Xiakong,  SmartGen, two stage of Feiteng, etc.
Key Features:
Three types of installation: cabinet guide rail mounting, cabinet screw mounting, cabinet door mounting;
It is easy and convenient for short wiring distance in cabinet;
With testing functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, loss of phase and reverse phase sequence;
Panel LED clearly displays ATS operating status;

Silicon mask with better high-low temperature performance;
The output contact of the genset is normally closed, no necessary to connect the external DC power;
Power supply normally/abnormally delay setting;
With testing functions of overvoltage and loss of phase;
With RS485 communication interface, "remote controlling, remote measuring, remote communication, remote regulation" function by the ModBus communication protocol.

Economical Type--HAT560NBC

Suitable for two stage and three stage ATS
Available for breaker brands: HanKwang, Xiakong, SmartGen, Feiteng, etc.
Key Features:
LCD display with simplified Chinese and English;
Two-way three-phase voltage and frequency collection and display;
Event log can record 50 items circularly;
Scheduled start & stop generator;
Can control two generators to work in a cycle;
With RS485 communication interface, "remote controlling, remote measuring, remote communication, remote regulation" function by the ModBus communication protocol.

Professional Type---HAT552/HAT553

Suitable for HAT552 two stage and HAT553 three stage
Available for breaker brands: HanKwang, Xiakong,  SmartGen, Feiteng, Feishilong, etc.
Key Features:
Specially designed for electromagnetic ATS, one-to-one connection between control module and switch, no jumper connection required;
Closing switch AC220V active output, directly control ATS;
Closed state feedback passive input, short connection effective;
With RS485 communication interface, "remote controlling, remote measuring, remote communication, remote regulation" function by the ModBus communication protocol;
Standard D-type USB interface, easy to configure parameters.

Among the above five types of products, HAT162, HAT520N and HAT552 are only applicable to two-stage switches, HAT553 is applicable to three-stage switches, and HAT560NBC is a general product, applicable to two-stage and three-stage ATS switches.These products have a wide range of market application base with strong stability and higher cost performance. Data Center Solution of WOODWARD Control Module

Recently, the backup diesel genset project of a data center was completed on schedule, which was highly recognized by customers during early debugging and later running.

This project consists of 8 diesel gensets, using WOODWARD easYgen-3100XT parallel control modules and easYgen-800 single unit control modules. The whole system monitors the operation of diesel gensets through the monitoring cabin.

The easYgen-3100XT controls the starting sequence, synchronization and load distribution of the genesets. After receiving the starting signal from easYgen-3100XT, the easYgen-800 single unit control module starts and controls the diesel gensets. The 4.3-inch screen of the module displays various parameters of the engine and generator.




The easYgen-3000XT series parallel control modules bring superior versatility and value to genset OEM and system integrators. easYgen-3000XT series control modules are available for gensets’ various specifications and purposes. The control module specially designs a set of algorithm and logic for startup, shutdown, control, protection, circuit breaker operation and utility functions of diesel gensets.
