This apartment is located in a well kept 18th century period building with a doorman, on a high 4th floor with an elevator, (there are 8 steps to the elevator), and is approx. 220sqm. divided as follows:
Entrance foyer\Living room with 4 meter high ceilings, all parquet floors, lots of sun, views of rooftops and period buildings, air conditioning, double windows.
