とりあえず、自分はこんな感じで書きました。
As we know, there has been an argument about the prevention of crime and the protection of privacy and it is a controversial topic. However, I think the prevention of crime is more important than the protection of privacy in the perspective of terrorism, increasing Internet crime, saving people lives. (49)
First of all, terrorists have become highly skilled at blending into society than before. Only through efforts such as tracking Internet activity or listening on phone calls can the government identify potential criminal. This is small price to spend our lives safe and secure. (44)
Secondly, Nowadays Internet becomes much more useful than before but there are increasing people who dies because of this system. For example, there are many problems going on in SNS. By tracking people who send dangerous message to others, I think we could lessen the amount of crime and save people lives.(52)
Finally, I think nothing is more important than our lives. By disclosuring privacy moderately, I think we could find out problems in the early stage and deal with it. By doing thing like this, I think we could lessen the crime and thus we could save people lives or help people spend meaningful life.(53)
In conclusion, while the prevention of privacy is important, but appropriate way of using private information could decrease crimes and help us spend safe and fulfilling daily lives. Therefore, I think preventing crime is of greater importance to society in general. (41)

対比をうまく活用することや書き方を自分の中でパターン化することが重要だと感じました。
また、なるべく日頃から様々なニュースに対して意見を持つことが大切だと感じました。
後はなるべく多く書くように癖をつけるとよいと思います。
