It's soooo easy
Ingredients
cream cheese 200g
butter 40g
biscuits 100g
sugar half cup
2 eggs
cream 200ml
flour 3tbs
lemon 1tbs
icing sugar (if you like icing sugar you can but a lot!!!)
before get started
you need to put butter and cream cheese out of fridge. leave them in room temperature.
and set oven at 170degree
1. put biscuits in a bag and smash them all!! It's fun, you could do this with your kids
once you smashed it, mix with better.
2. put cream cheese in to bowl, mix it till it gets creamy.
3. put sugar into the bowl. and add eggs and cream as well.
4. once you mix them all really well, all flour and lemon.
5. place biscuits into the baking dish first. at this stage,you might need to press it quite well from top.
6. pour 4 on top of 5
7. AND put 6 into the oven for 45min1
THATS ALL
make sure after bake it, leave in the fridge for few hours!
it's taste much better
