Ingredients
flour 100g
potato starch 10g
1/2 egg
butter 50g
sugar 3table spoon
that's all:)

1. leave butter in room temperature.
2. mix butter till it gets creamy.
3. put sugar and egg slowly.
(attention: do not put sugar and egg at once. it will get mess!)
4. leave your dough for half hour in the fridge.
5. make the dough flat and shape them.
6. put in oven for 15min at 170degree.
POINT
when you make dough flat, it will better if all of them 3mm or 5mm.
if some of are too thin or too thick, it won't bake too well.
so please make sure the dough is between 3-5mm.
