そして、お腹の部分に1ミリプラ板を2枚貼って前後幅を延長します。
なんとなくゴリラっぽい写真になっちゃってますが、、、
タカラの1/24を製作する場合、胴体の幅詰めは定番工作ですが、何ミリ詰めるか、また 僕のように前後方向に延長するかどうかは、やる人それぞれの感性によってかなり振れ幅があるようです。
僕の場合は前後幅を延長するのは、一番最初に見た設定画だったり、TV版のイメージに近づけたいからです。
言葉で表現するのは難しいんですが、強いて言うならば「お腹の突き出た中年おやじ」のカーブを再現したい。。。（わかんねえだろうなあ）

僕の場合は手が小さいというか、普通の人よりちょっと指が短めなので、このヤスリの長辺はちょっと長い感じがしますが、持ちやすさと適度なしなり具合、替え用のヤスリが販売されている便利さでかなり気に入っています。
次回はスジ彫りの彫り直しあたりの話をアップしたいと思います。
