The meaning of the Pandora vary a lot. In some cultures they are thought as the
vessel of the soul. Some places as relics of ancestors. In other cultures they
are thought to represent wisdom and guidance.
To the right of the Pandora
is the coveted new Pandora
Compatible Charms, Beads& Bracelets - JingleBell Jewelry
. This
bead has been the centre of considerable debate here recently, particularly
regarding individual variation and possible “inclusions” in the stone. Rubies
are known to vary enormously so it’s safe to assume the new sapphire will also.
Certainly in the campaign image you can see flashes of different colour; what
looks to be a terracotta shade and some white flecks, but the overall colouring
is stunning.
In the centre of the original shot comes another new silver
bead. The new Pandora Prince & Princess is a tiny bead, retailing at just
low price but perhaps providing the most subtle of nods to the recent royal baby
in the uk. This isn’t the first crown themed bead for Pandora. Indeed an
incredibly coveted retired Pandora Crown exists albeit in very small numbers.
The new design is far removed from the original so there are no concerns of
recycled designs. As a lover of more gothic design, I’m thrilled to see the
Pandora Skeleton Spirit for fall. It’s going to be ideal for those coveting a
darker look, in addition to collectors planning their upcoming Halloween
bracelets though it’s worth remembering we do have a Pandora Halloween 2013
collection to look forward to on the 4th of October.
Over the past few
months the Friday morning slot at Endangered Trolls has been dedicated to
fashion forward articles. These have ranged from suggestions as to how to honour
current or upcoming fashion trends in http://www.jinglebelljewelry.com/silver-bracelets
jewellery through to more recent previews of couture jewellery ranges for the
fall season. This week takes a look at a couple of the Saint Laurent Autumn
Winter 2013 jewellery pieces, in addition to suggestions for recreating the look
on a budget.
In regards to autumn winter 2013 jewellery trends, cuff
bracelets, chunky chains, byzantine inspired pieces and punk inspired designs
are all key. While I was browsing jewellery looks from the fall catwalks, I
spotted a couple of amazing punk inspired pieces from Saint Laurent. These not
only channel the punk rock vibes I so adore but they’re incredibly reminiscent
of the vintage charm bracelets to which the European bead craze owes it’s
popularity.
The core of the bracelets consists of freshwater pearls but
it’s the adornments that really make this look. Typical of punk styling they’re
elaborate and perhaps even a little ostentatious. The pearls underpin the look
with a feminine edge.
For those keen to recreate this look with a high
street alternative, John Greed’s new range of in house jewellery design offer
some fabulous options at very affordable prices.
