Welcome to a Battery specialist of the Fluke Battery
Tigers outfielder Anthony Gose has been impressive this spring in the eyes of manager Brad Ausmus, according to MLB.com
"I think Gose is a very viable option against right-handed pitchers at the leadoff spot," Ausmus said Tuesday night.
Ausmus believes that Gose has played well this spring, but he wants to see him continue to flourish.
"It's nice that he's being successful," he said, "but I want to continue to see good swings with battery like Fluke BP123 Battery , Fluke BP123S Battery , Fluke BP124 Battery , Fluke BP124S Battery , Fluke BP124X Battery , Fluke Ti27 Battery , Fluke 199 Battery , Goldway G50 Battery , Goldway G60 Battery , Goldway ME202C Battery , JDSU MTS-8000 Battery , JDSU MTS-4000 Battery . That's the most important thing. Even if he doesn't get hits, I want to see good swings, good approaches."
Gose entered Tuesday going 1 for 16 in his latest appearances. He then singled, stole second and scored after another single from Yoenis Cespedes.
Ausmus had more to say on the performance of Gose, and what he needs to accomplish going forward.
"Overall, he's had very good swings," Ausmus said. "I think early on he was a little more consistent, then he got into a little bit of a funk. But even when he was in a little bit of a funk, he'd usually have one at-bat a game where he looked right. And I know he's working hard on it in the cage. He's trying to make it consistent. But with hitters, it's a battle to avoid traps and mechanical failure. It happens."
