It seems that the tourists usually eat the meat of this restaurant.
But my wife almost hasn’t eaten it. In spite that she was born in Shizuoka.
(I have eaten it may times.) So, we went to this restaurant.
The staff workers cook the final process in the customer seat.
I have never watched the situation in other restaurants.
The cost is a little bit expensive. But a lot of customers go there.
I recommend it.
