友達へ、
地震と津波から2か月がたって、リザーブで走てるような感じがしてきたね。。。知らないうちにフルスピードがノーマルになりました。これから、心のセルフケアがほんとに必要だね。。。
そのため、5月22日 （日曜日）にStudio Liquidでマッサージワークショップをやります。どこでも、いつでもできる、シンプルなリラックスとマッサージテクニックをみんなでやりましょう～ しかも、交換するので、マッサージをしてあげるチャンス、してくれるチャンスもあります～イエイ！
みんなで、いい空間で集まって、新鮮なハーブティーを飲んで、リ～～～～ラ～～～～～クスして、リセットしたい人どうぞ～かるい心で明日に向き合えますように。
5月22日 （日曜日） 14：00～16：00
お一人様 1500円 （ハーブティーとアロマスプレーのお土産付き）

Time for some T.L.C….
So, it’s been two months since the earthquake and tsunami and a lot of us have started running on reserve. For many of us, “full speed” had become normal. More than ever, we all need an island vacation and a massage.
Hmmm….I’ve got just the thing for you: Next Sunday, May 22, I’ll be hosting a massage workshop at Liquid Studio in Sendai. We’ll practice some simple relaxation and massage techniques that you can do any time, any where AND you’ll get a chance to give and RECEIVE a simple, relaxing massage.
It’s my hope that we can get together, have some fresh herb tea, and reeeelaaaaaax…..ready to face to world with a lighter heart the next day. Please join us~

Liquid Studio (across from Kotodai Koen)
1500yen per person (includes a tea and aroma spray set to take home)
*please bring a t-shirt or tank top and pants that are easy to move in.
